Larry Rhymer

Larry Rhymer began his career in the electrical industry as an expeditor in 1974. Since then he has risen through the ranks, working as a Journeyman, Forman, General Forman, Superintendent, Division Manager, Vice President, and is now the General Manager of one of the largest Electrical Contractors in the state. His areas of expertise include Design Build projects, Military, Industrial, Commercial, Utility, Outside Plant Electrical and Telephone, and Inside Data and Fiber-Optics.
In his 34 years in the industry, Larry has had the opportunity to help design and build some of the most exciting projects in Alaska, including one of the largest Battery Energy Storage Projects in the world (providing enough capacity to back up the entire City of Fairbanks for 27 minutes), as well as Homer STP, Eklutna WTP controls, Eielson Fuel Hydrant Project, Ft Wainwright Fuel Hydrant Project, Up-grade Tele-Communications Ft Wainwright Fiber/Copper, SCADA Chugach Elect, North/South Runway Lighting Anchorage, Maui Court House, Maui Prison, Dole Pineapple Plant Upgrade, and the Providence Hospital North Expansion.
