Robin brings a diverse job history to the team. Her experience ranges from accounting and computer operations while working for the Alaska Railroad, to training coordinator for the largest independent propane distributor east of the Mississippi river. She prides herself on the ability to build good working relationships with all echelon of an organization and developing a team-oriented approach to problem solving and conflicts resolution.

As Director, she is required to oversee human resource services, implementation of policies, and safety programs. As a liaison for the CEO and Vice Presidents between vendors, banks and other service providers, Robin has managed these responsibilities admirably since joining the team in 2006.
