HotWire Electric was subcontracted by Bristol Design Build Services to provide design and construction services for the upgrade and extension of the electrical and telecommunications infrastructure supporting the new F22 fighter complex on Elmendorf AFB. HotWire performed overhead to underground conversion of the primary distribution system, extended the primary power system to support the new construction and set pads and transformers to power the new buildings in the area. Additionally, HotWire installed 25pr copper 72 strand fiber optics systems and a Nortel telephone switching system in the complex. The project was completed within budget, on time and safely.
